These guys are great! I worked with Nash. He's amazing. He figured out what was wrong with my Mercedes. The Mercedes dealership didn't figure it out. The rebuild place that rebuilt the car after an accident didn't figure it out. But Nash did. Prices are great. Nash is a wonderful person! I came on over from Kirkland to have him work on it.
All the staff has been so patient and helpful.
On a recent trip to Seattle, WA, I had a blowout and tire damage late on a Monday night that required a new tire. On Tuesday morning I called Factory Direct Tire Sales and talked with Chris. He did not have the tire in stock, however, said he could have it in the shop by that afternoon (odd size for a Porsche Panamera 4). He also helped make arrangements to get the car moved to the shop. The car was ready by 4:30 that afternoon and we able to make our return trip to Spokane as planned (and required). Chris and Nash, along with the rest of the employees, went out of their way to provide excellent service. Thank you Factory Direct Tire Sales.
