I highly recommend Factory Direct Tire Sales. Every time I've gone there, it has been an amazing experience, no matter who's working that day. I never feel taken advantage of, they always clearly communicate to me what's going on, and are overall just genuinely kind people! I moved away but I will still take my car here because I trust them more than anyone! I will never stop recommending them to everyone!

I brought my wheel here to repair a crack, and it came back looking worse than when I dropped it off. I was originally told it would be finished the next day, but when I returned, they had not even started working on it. By the third day, I told them the situation was ridiculous and asked to take my wheel back and speak with a manager. One employee responded, “What, you want me to crack it for you again?” Completely unprofessional. When they finally said the wheel was finished, the repair quality was terrible. The wheel was left covered in deep scratches and rough grinding marks, and the repaired areas look sloppy and unfinished. The customer service was just as bad—employees would randomly walk away while I was speaking to them, deadlines meant nothing, and nobody seemed to care about the condition of my wheel. I came here expecting a cracked rim to be professionally repaired, not returned with additional cosmetic damage and poor workmanship. I would not trust this shop with another wheel and definitely would not recommend them. I also mentioned my tire would be going through warranty, yet they threw it away, the TPMS sensor was also missing so was the center cap.
